Located on the first floor of a secure building with no elevator, it features a well-thought-out layout. The layout is as follows - Cosy main room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table - Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules - Convenient bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer. Take advantage of the apartment's many amenities: - TV screen, free Wi-Fi, iron - Cooker, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso machine - Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person In this apartment, everything is designed to make your Parisian getaway as comfortable as it is memorable. The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, and I'll be delighted to help you throughout your stay. I'm available 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm by phone, SMS or e-mail. However, if you are due to arrive after 11pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation. Please note that after 11 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.
