Studio with terrace and garden in the heart of an Amazonian plant nursery

The Studio is a very spacious single room (55 m2 terrace included). The space is uncluttered and breathable. The air current and light are through. You can walk between plants, flowers and fruit trees, it is a shared garden. Within the residence itself there is a pastry laboratory specializing in the promotion of Amazonian products, and the Cap au Sud association is right next door (1 minute walk) and is specialized in organizing outings in the forest. Located at the entrance to the beach road, the area is perfect for hiking trails, walking and jogging on the beach. There are often streams and waterfalls for refreshing freshwater swims. The neighborhood reflects our Amazonian way of life, a great playground, relaxation, connection with nature, outdoor sports and exploration. This is life in French Guiana whose main asset is its preserved nature and biodiversity. When you come back from these busy days, you can enjoy the outdoor spaces such as the hammock, the dining area and the coffee area. You can plan days of teleworking in the office space equipped with an HDMI cable to connect the computer to the TV and thus work on several screens. Enjoy a moment of calm and fresh air, at the beginning and end of the day with a hot drink, cushions and a few lamps in warm colors whatever the space you are in this studio. This is the property I grew up on, I lived there and speak to you from the heart in the hope that you will find as much peace and serenity as I do when I have the chance to stay there to recharge my batteries.
