The space You’ll arrive at a 200+ year-old heritage home, restored with local materials and modern comfort. 🪻 Many houses in Barichara look similar; few are truly heritage. LOLO & Lo is designed to feel open and calm, where architecture connects indoor and outdoor living. 🌿 Main bedroom • high ceilings, imported King bed + additional single bed, desk, TV, and a quiet fan. Spacious bathroom with open shower. A monumental cactus gives character to the space. 🌿 Second bedroom • Queen bed, Barichara-stone bathroom, and a private desk. 🌿 The internal stairs create privacy between both bedrooms, making it ideal for two couples. They also connect directly to the kitchen, garden, and terraces. Social area • equipped kitchen and a bright living/dining space with open garden and mountain views. ⛰️ Garden • hammock and a growing fruit grove (bananas, avocados, citrus, feijoas). 🌿 Starlink internet • fast, stable, and great for remote work and video calls. The main entrance uses a digital door handle with a personal code, allowing self check-in and check-out without fixed schedules. Barichara is a very safe town, and street parking is common. • 🅿️ You can park just steps from the house, right outside on the street. The entry system is designed so you can arrive anytime with no friction. • 🔐 Self access — secure and reliable The door marked “Lo” is the main guest entrance. The door marked “LOLO” is an alternate access with a physical key stored in a lockbox (available for longer stays or if you prefer that option). • 🚪 The correct door is “Lo” — easy to recognize when you arrive.
