Welcome! The apartment is on the 4th floor, accessible only by stairs. The entrance door of this 60 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a television. The dining area includes a table that can accommodate four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and coffee machine (Nespresso Vertuo). One bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), while the other has a double bed (140x200). The two beds are separated by a small partition running halfway across the room. They are carefully made with hotel-quality linen. Mobile air conditioning is available in one room. The spacious bathroom features two sinks, a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. Have a pleasant stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! Our home is located conveniently in Saint-Ouen. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Saint Ouen is a paradise for bargain hunters: flea markets, Biron market, Paul Bert Serpette market, Dauphiné market, their reputation is well established! Saint-Ouen also offers you the chance to stroll along the Seine or enjoy a picnic in the Grand Parc des Docks. You can also follow the fresco trail and admire, among many others, the Croco accro fresco and the Métro fresco. Can you find them? The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Garibaldi (line 13), is just a 6-minute walk. Orly and CDG Airports are approximately a 35-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
