Our home is set back in natural surroundings off the main highway. Enjoy the secluded retreat only a couple of minutes away from restaurants, shopping, recreation and attractions. Fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, utensils, cookware and what you'll need to make yourself at home. The space Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with headboard and recessed lamp, dressers and mirrors Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed , dressers and a collection of books Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and dressers with a mirror and wall mount tv The bathroom has a tub/shower, large sink and large mirror. The living room is an open setup with a dining area. The living space has a TV, an electric recliner, reclining sofa, a sofa/pull out bed and a coffee table. The dining room has an expandable table with chairs. The kitchen has a full refrigerator/freezer, an electric oven, a table top oven, a table top microwave, coffee makers and grinder, toaster, hot water kettle, electric stove top with griddle. Cookware and table ware are in the cupboards as well as dishes, glasses and mugs. Everything you should need to prepare your own meals. The washer/drier is located in the kitchen. There is plenty of space to park a small utility/boat trailer in the driveway next to the house The deck has a gas grill and a table with chairs and a sun umbrella for those wonderful days. Guest access The whole main floor of the house is for guests use. The basement is locked for storage and maintenance supplies. The ramp to the front door is NOT ADA approved nor up to ADA standards. It is too steep for wheelchair access. Other things to note The floral sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen size bed if needed.
