Villa Forte, the most beautiful house and view in Itaipava

High luxury condominium, gated, with all the security and comfort that the mountains have to offer. Absolutely beautiful house, LOTS of space and luxury, and the best employees in the world. WiFi, Net, Vegetable Garden, Heated Pool, Orchidarium, Art and LOTS of style. Impeccable garden, designed by a famous garden designer. We live part of the time in California and only rent it out when we're not around. A passionate place, ideal for those seeking style, quiet and a relief from everyday reality. The space The house is beautiful and very sophisticated, we have 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 double suites and one bedroom with single beds, air conditioning in all bedrooms and TV room, plus a 75” TV in the TV room, and also a Bluetooth sound system (Sonos), a sculpture of lights also by Bluetooth (Nanoleaf), some LIFX lamps, we have a fireplace in the living room and heated pool (extra fee for gas, 100/day, please advise in the reservation if you would like). We have a vegetable garden on the property, and we also have an agroforest in Teresópolis, so depending on the season, we have fresh and organic vegetables and fruits. For the garden, we also brought spotlights that project lights like fireflies and some other surprises. We live in California, and every time we come, we bring a little more news. Our water is delicious and pure, as it comes straight from the condominium's private source. Our caretakers/administrators are amazing people, absolutely trustworthy, and do absolutely everything in their power for guests, always with a smile on their faces. Their daily rate is separate, 250 reais each per day, paid directly to them at the property. Guest access We have a Heated Pool (separate fee), barbecue, a deck with the most beautiful view of the Serra, gardens (one for seasoning and one for vegetables) and citrus orchard, as well as a private Orchidarium on the property (we also offer classes on how to care for orchids, garden, flowers, or any other plants, separate fee). The main suite and the second suite downstairs also have a beautiful, private garden, with jaboticabeira. We also have a small organic agroforestry starting in Teresópolis (Agrofloresta Vida Forte on Instagram), so we hope to be able to supply your stay with organic and free-range eggs straight from there, if you are interested. Our water is also delicious and pure, coming straight from our own spring. Other things to note This is a sophisticated house, with all things of extreme quality and top of the line.
