Cozy and romantic houseboat in a prime location with fireplace and sauna.

My houseboat is moored in a beautiful spot on Lake Plau, right at the front of the dock, so you can sit on the terrace and enjoy a direct view of the open lake. It’s fantastic! I’ve personally made a dream come true with this boat and have furnished it with great care. Since I travel a lot for work, I’m unfortunately rarely able to be there myself, which is why I rent it out. There are two small cabins, each with a double bed, a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a table, chairs, a fireplace, a pull-out couch, books, musical instruments, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Two folding bikes and a SUP are also available to guests free of charge. On-site parking is also no problem. Right on shore, there’s a great Italian restaurant, lovely sandy beaches, a beach volleyball court, and stunning natural scenery. Perfect for romantic weekends or a family vacation! The houseboat is moored permanently and therefore cannot be moved.
