Cabin Retreat near 3 Bears

ATV rentals available 0.5 mile from cabin. Check out their Website -Bear Bogging Adventure Tours. The space The cabin is among a community of similar cabins, most privately owned. And some are also AirBnbs. The cabin has a loft with 3 twin beds and one queen bed and a queen mattress on the floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunkbed and a twin bed. There are 2 full bathrooms. There is plenty of dishes, pot, pans, silverware for large family meals. There is also a blender and a crockpot. In the shed there is a propane grill, lawn chairs, portable fire pit, table and a picnic table outside. There is an outside swimming hole in front of 3 bears that my kids swim in all of the time, with a dock to jump off of (with adult supervision). There is also a volleyball court at 3 bears that is open to the public and You can also play mini golf, you just need to go into the resort and pay. Their is also McMullen Memorial County Park about 2 miles from the cabin with playgrounds, walking trails, swimming beach, kayak rentals, fishing pier and boat launch (during warm weather) One issue is there is only room for 2 vehicles to park in front of the cabin but there is more parking at the bottom of the hill in the parking spots available or the parking ramp or even on the opposite side of the road the cabin is on. Guest access All of the cabin and the entire yard. Please do not disturb the neighbors. Other things to note I do not have a crib, playpen or high chair but am open to providing. Also, if you need to purchase firewood it is for sale at the gas station at the entrance of the community and at 722 Skatepark Ct, near the entrance of 3 Bears resort. Cash only.
