Nice apartment in a kibbutz

The apartment is a small and sweet kibbutz apartment. The view is full of green. There's privacy and quiet. In the kibbutz you can enjoy the live interface, the horse farm, the community garden, the green grass, the peace and quiet. The kibbutz has a coffee cart, a guy who makes pizza and hummus, and a grocery store that's open every day. The space The apartment has two rooms. A living room and a bedroom. In the living room, a mattress and pillows, a table with two chairs. The kitchen is tiny and has an electric kettle for hot drinks and a refrigerator. There's a shower and toilet. Outside there is a small and very nice balcony, overlooking a green view. There's no TV in the apartment. No WiFi. The way up to the apartment is by stairs. The bedroom only has a ceiling fan and no air conditioner Other things to note The apartment is located above a family with children. (Separate entrance and separate apartment) so I really want to keep the apartment quiet and not drag furniture. In addition, as is customary in the kibbutz, the parking is not next to the house but on the perimeter road. And from there it's a short walk to the house. In the stairwell there is a lovely nest of swallows (bird) that I don't want to hurt, so there is a little poop at the top of the stairs. There's room to pass without stepping on it... and if you're lucky, you can also watch the swallows feeding their chicks.
