Please use designated outdoor areas if necessary and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional pet fee Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm and 8 am Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit. Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
