Value Added Tax (VAT) & Tourist Exemptions By booking this property, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, which is applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law. Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport. 3.
