Guests who violate community rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund. • Tax Notice: Due to pending legislation, the tax rate may change. • Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee.
