The space This penthouse condo is a true vacation paradise. Sea views can be seen from almost every room in the apartment. Via the living area, you have a staircase that leads you to the best part; the private rooftop with pool! Enjoy your days relaxing in the sun, cooling off in the pool, and your nights under the stars, having a drink and dinner in the perfect climate of the Riviera Maya. **WE DO NOT RENT OUR CONDO FOR BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES Guest access The entire condo is solely for guest use. During your stay I am available to answer any questions you may have prior to your arrival. Our local property manager, Maya Luxury Stays will be available once you are on site to take care of any maintenance and housekeeping needs that may arise. **Front desk is solely there to check guests in and out. They do not provide concierge service. Please contact our local property manager for assistance with condo maintenance and housekeeping issues. Other things to note The condo is equipped with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths per guest. If you require housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged with our property manager for a fee. **In order to ensure the enjoyment of all guests during their stay, Aldea Thai has a strict noise policy. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - NO NOISE AT ALL IS PERMITTED IN THE CONDO OR ON THE ROOFTOP AFTER MIDNIGHT. IN THE EVENT THAT THERE ARE COMPLAINTS ABOUT NOISE, THE ELECTRICITY IN THE UNIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SUSPENDED AND A FINE OF $200 USD WILL BE CHARGED TO THE SECURITY DEPOSIT—INCLUDING CASES WHERE THE ASSISTANCE OF PUBLIC SECURITY IS REQUIRED. In the event that excessive trash needs to be disposed of, guests will need to take the elevator to the first floor and then walk down one level to the parking garage where there are dumpsters. NO TRASH SHOULD BE PUT OUTSIDE THE CONDO. Aldea Thai building administration charges $150 for violations of this important regulation. The staff will not enter the property to do cleaning and maintenance during your stay unless it has been authorized by the guest. All Aldea Thai common areas and high contact areas such as door knobs, doors, lobby, furniture, lounge chairs, etc. are cleaned and disinfected.
