Luxury studio, oasis of peace, centrally located close to most beautiful beaches

We, Peter & Anneke, like to welcome our guests with a free welcome drink. A brief description of the studio: Studio Plumeria is a spacious studio with its own small garden and a private porch. It offers a pool view, is well-positioned to catch the breeze, and is located within a safe and enclosed mini-resort featuring a tropical garden and a spacious pool (20 ft x 40 ft / 6 x 12 m). Your studio features a king-size bed, a built-in closet with coat racks, seating, a table with chairs, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, oven, stove, large refrigerator and freezer, cutlery, pots and pans, oil, and spices,... 110V and 220V outlets are available in the bathroom, living room, and on the porch. The studio has a separate bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. There are plenty of towels, and even a beach bag with beach towels is provided. All faucets provide potable, hot, and cold water. A shopping bag and a cooler with ice packs are available in your studio. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available both in the accommodation and near the pool area. A delicious full continental breakfast can be ordered in addition at USD 20,-/person/day. Breakfast is not served buffet-style; it’s too hot here for that. It is freshly prepared and served on your private porch at a time of your choice between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., so it’s no problem for late risers. (Please mention any dietary restrictions when ordering). Standard water and electricity usage included (10 kWh and 52 gallons per day). A deposit of USD 300,- for the studio will be required upon reservation and may be charged in the event of damage and/or additional costs. Excursions, diving excursions (or diving courses), and other trips can be booked through us. Snorkel masks and fins are available for rent here. Since Curaçao has more than 30 beautiful beaches and many scenic spots to explore, you’ll need a car to get around and discover them. We have our own cars available. Since we’re centrally located on the island, almost the entire island—including all the beaches—can be reached within 45 minutes. ATMs, restaurants, the salt pans with flamingos, and the most beautiful beaches are all within an 8-minute drive. You can book a rental with us starting at USD 40,-/day,. Insurance and airport transfers are included; there are no mileage limits, and the minimum rental period is 5 days. The minimum age for drivers is 23 years old. The deductible is USD 450,-, which is not payable in advance but is due immediately in the event of damage. All our rental cars are automatic and have air conditioning.
