Located in the heart of the historic center of Conegliano, this charming B&B offers a unique and relaxing stay experience. The rooms, available in single, double and triple options, are quiet, cozy and well-furnished, equipped with a private or shared bathroom, with air conditioning or column ventilation. The location is ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to the station, museums, art galleries, historical monuments, and picturesque medieval villages. Guests can start the day with a rich and assorted breakfast, prepared with excellent local products, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The space A charming and cozy place located in the heart of Conegliano, just 300 meters from the train station and 200 meters from the city's main square. The room offers a beautiful panoramic view of the medieval castle and the nearby Prealps, ensuring a quiet, welcoming and bright environment. The B&B Delle Rose is the only B&B in the center, strategically located near the "Accademia" theater, hospitals, public and private offices, multiplex cinemas, "Arena Zoppas" sports hall, banks, town hall and central post office. Its location allows easy access to points of interest for true relaxation, such as museums, shops, monuments, and the surrounding hills. In addition, it is ideal for wine lovers, being located near the famous routes through the vineyards, where you can visit renowned wineries and taste excellent wines such as Prosecco, Cabernet and Merlot. Guest access Guests will have access to the rooms and common areas of the B&B. Smoking is prohibited inside the B&B, however, smokers can use the terrace of the breakfast room, equipped with ashtrays, during breakfast hours. In addition, you can access the hallway and the breakfast room during the permitted hours. During your stay The management of the B&B Delle Rose is always present and available to interact with guests. Guests can contact me personally or by phone, ensuring ongoing support during their stay. I am almost always available in person and present in the facility, ready to advise and help guests at all times. Other things to note ALL OUR GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO INFORM US IN GOOD TIME IF THEY ARE INTOLERANT TO CERTAIN FOODS OR HAVE VARIOUS FOOD ALLERGIES. We serve an excellent Italian-style sweet breakfast. If you would like a savory breakfast, you must notify us at least 2 days before arrival. For a German breakfast or for celiacs, a reservation is required at least 4 days before arrival. At our B&B Delle Rose, we offer additional services upon request, not included in the room price, such as tour guides and car rental, which require an advance booking of 10 days. We have 24-hour wifi internet, laundry service and other errands outside the B&B. It is not permitted to host unregistered persons under the terms of the law in force. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms.
