Kitchenette with larger eff fridge with freezer, electric skillet, microwave, coffee ,& blender. All you need for 1-2 people or a girls weekend of 4Grande Bay is an awesome location in the heart of Cruz Bay. Walk to the Dive shop, restaurants, bars, grocery, & shopping. About 2 blocks from the ferry so roll your bags up to guests services, take an elevator up to the pool and enter the garage. My unit access is located adjacent to garage entry. Easy access, on second floor or take elevator up. Private entry, private balcony with a fan, and table/chair set. Nicely decorated to make you feel at home! Beach towels and chairs are provided. Attached to a lockout suite if you have other family or friends and need more space. Just ask ! Guest access Access pool, hot tub, workout facility, parking garage, etc. Ice machine and trash bin conveniently located seconds from the bottom of the elevator. Other things to note This condo is solid! It served as a respite for locals and emergency crew after hurricanes Irma & Maria in 2017. Made of concrete and steele construction. The best constructed! The condo had some water damages from patio drains not eliminating quickly enough so almost all drywall was replaced and the condo is almost brand new again! Drains are now bigger & the condo is on a generator. Please note: DOES NOT include parking spot.
