The Studio: Unique 2-Bedroom Home

The Studio at Framley Orchard is a charming 2-bedroom home with a cozy mezzanine floor. Peaceful but with plenty to do it’s perfect for couples and families of all ages, with a garden featuring swings and climbing trees. You’re in a great spot—our village has an excellent pub, a village shop, and we’re right next to an Organic Farm Shop & Café with incredible food (Wednesday-Saturday). Off-road footpaths lead to the foot of Hambledon Hill. Plus, you’re close to the trailway for cycling too. The space The Studio is a newly renovated country retreat nestled in an idyllic North Dorset village. It is truly stunning and lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. On the mezannine floor is a Queen Size bed. It's a lovely space but please note it's a crawl space. You can't stand up in this space. You can sit up in bed and it's very cosy. Access is up a wooden ladder. Access to this bed requires you to be fully mobile. The bathroom is downstairs. There's a small bedroom with a bunk bed. The brand new kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, toaster, full fridge freezer and 2 ring induction hob. Cookware, tea, coffee, cutlery and crockery as well as basics like salt and pepper, oil and herbs are provided. We love to cook- if there's anything extra you need please ask. The sparkling, newly fitted bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In the main part of the Studio (which actually doubles as a Photography Studio when it's not rented to Air B and B) there's a sofa plus table and chairs for 4. The sofa is a double sofa bed and if you're not comfortable with the stairs to the mezzanine floor I can make this up with sheets. Please note if you need both double beds (the mezannine and the sofa bed), there is an additional charge for sheets. Please note there is no TV. We can provide a cot and high chair if you let me know in advance. Guest access The Studio is situated next to our bungalow which is also rented for Airbnb . You will share the driveway with the guests staying there. The studio has parking for 1 car. Please let us know if you have additional cars and we'll make parking available. You will have private use of the Orchard (the garden in the photos with the trees and swings). Other things to note We have bike storage if you let us know in advance.
