Master suite has a double vanity, spacious tiled to the ceiling shower and linen closet. House has washer and dryer. Spacious deck and backyard with ample parking for three cars. Other things to note By reserving this home you agree to all the terms of this online agreement & liable for all the house rules as written. There absolutely no parties or smoking allowed inside the home. If this rule is broken your stay will be terminated immediately. Please return the home back to the way it was upon your arrival. The cleaning fee includes the washing of linens, sheets, restrooms, kitchen, etc. The minor cleaning I ask that you wipe up any spills, and take any food/drinks with you that you bring and not leave anything in refrigerator. All trash and recycling should be placed in green and blue trash cans next to garage in the back of the home. Any damages are your responsibility as the person who made the reservation not your guest and a damage report will be sent to you with a minimum cost of $250. General cleaning & laundry supplies will be provided. Extra towels, toliet paper and paper towels can be found in the master bathroom linen closet. Don't rearrange furniture unless you put it back. Do not remove any linens as the cleaning team will wash all linen. If you discover anything not working call host or co-host immediately, do not attempt to repair or make changes.
