A practical and serene place to live, perfect for enjoying the advantages of the region while remaining close to amenities and transport. The space This warm house offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. It has two bedrooms located upstairs, one equipped with a double bed of 160 x 190 cm and the other with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm. The bathroom includes two sinks, shower, toilet and washing machine. On the ground floor, you will also find a separate toilet. The atypical-style living room features a comfortable corner sofa and a friendly dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hobs and all necessary utensils. A laundry room is also available with ironing board and iron, drying rack and other practical amenities. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace furnished with a table, chairs and a barbecue, ideal for your outdoor meals. A shed is available to store your bikes and explore the Loire by Bike. Two free parking spaces are located right in front of the house. Linens and towels are provided and beds are carefully prepared for your arrival. Bed linen and towels are maintained in the laundry. • Coffee, tea and sugar are offered for the first morning. • To start your stay, some basic consumables are available (shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bag, sponge, dishwashing liquid).
