Tucked away in the mountains, this quintessential A-frame cabin is a cozy space with all the essentials and just the right amount of room for unwinding. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, sip your morning coffee by the firepit, or curl up inside by the wood-burning fireplace. The spacious wraparound deck gives you even more room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Inside, the loft has a comfy queen bed, and the guest room has full-size bunk beds. The space Inside, the cabin is cozy and comfortable. The open loft has a queen bed tucked under the A-frame ceiling, and the guest room has a set of full-size bunk beds—great for kids, friends, or family. The bathroom is small but has everything you need, including a stand-up shower. The kitchen is compact and stocked with all the essentials for easy meals (just a heads-up—there’s no dishwasher). It’s a simple, relaxing space that makes it easy to settle in and unwind. Guest access As our guest, you have full, private access to the cabin, hot tub, and outdoor spaces, with key-code entry so you can arrive whenever it works best for you. Winter adds a bit of adventure to getting to the cabin. Once there’s enough snow (usually December through March), the neighborhood roads close to cars, and all visitors must hike or arrive on a snowmobile or tracked vehicle. You can hike about half a mile from the parking lot or arrange a ride with our heated neighborhood taxi. If you choose to hike, we recommend bringing a big backpack and a sled to carry your things. The roads are groomed, so no snowshoes are needed. You can also rent snowmobiles from The Last Resort, just five minutes away, and even have them delivered to your parking spot. Getting here is part of the fun—and makes arriving all the more rewarding! A few things to know... Guests & Kids — The cabin is best for adults and older kids. The spiral stairs can be tricky, the fireplace gets hot, and the cabin isn’t kid-proof. Security — The front deck area outside has a camera for your safety and ours. The door has a key code for easy access. Hot Tub — The hot tub on the lower deck will be ready at 90°F, and you can adjust it up to 104°F using the up/down buttons. Fireplace — The fireplace adds a wonderfully cozy touch and easily warms the entire cabin. Firewood — Firewood is provided for the fireplace, but if you plan to keep the fire going all day, we recommend bringing some extra wood. Kitchen & Bathroom — The kitchen has all the essentials you need to cook, including spices, dishes, coffee pot, microwave, crockpot, and more. Winter Access — From mid-December through March, the neighborhood roads may close to cars. You can hike about half a mile from the parking lot or arrange a ride with our heated neighborhood taxi. Snowmobiles can also be rented and delivered nearby. Getting here is part of the adventure! Wildlife & Safety — We’re lucky to share this mountain area with deer, bears, and cougars—please keep food and trash secure. Neighbors & Noise — We’re in a friendly neighborhood with full-time residents, so please keep noise down after 10 p.m. and be considerate of those around you. Other — No pets, smoking, or events. Other things to note The cabin is located in the quiet Pineloch Sun community in Ronald, WA—just minutes from the lake and local favorites like Speelyi Beach, perfect for swimming or soaking up the sun in summer. You’re also a short drive from Roslyn, home to the world-famous Brick Saloon (Washington’s oldest operating bar) and a charming downtown full of shops and local eats. For those looking to enjoy a round of golf or year-round outdoor activities, the Suncadia Resort is just a short drive away. And with Seattle only about two hours away, it’s easy to escape the city and enjoy a peaceful mountain retreat. Whether you’re strolling through town, hitting nearby trails, or just soaking in the views, it’s the perfect spot for a getaway.
