Kitchen & Dining: The modern, well-equipped kitchen comes complete with essential appliances and stylish patterned floor tiles, perfect for whipping up meals to enjoy in the dining area. Bedrooms: This spacious property boasts three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms to ensure a restful stay for up to 6 guests: Master Bedroom: A plush double bed, complemented by a striking lion painting. Two Additional Bedrooms: Each equipped with two comfortable single beds. Bathroom: The modern bathroom provides a relaxing oasis, fitted with a bath and an overhead shower. Outdoor Space: Step outside to your private, cozy outdoor area with a lawn—a peaceful retreat for morning coffees or evening relaxation. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire bungalow and its private garden during their stay. The check-in process is easy and paperless, with secure access details provided through a pre-check-in link before your arrival. Other things to note Security Deposit: A £200 authorization hold will be placed on your card as a security deposit. This is not a charge and is released within 3-5 working days after check-out, provided no damage is reported. Property Care: Please report any damage as soon as it occurs. We inspect the property before and after each stay, and charges will apply for any damages found. Any stains or damage to furnishings will also incur charges. Security Equipment: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with an external CCTV camera at the entrance. Please do not tamper with, obstruct, or unplug any security equipment. A fine of £50 will be charged for tampering with the camera, and a £40 fine for unplugging the module. Lockbox Key: The key in the lockbox must remain attached to its tether and stay in the box at all times. A £50 fee will be charged if the key is removed from the tether. Departure Checklist: Before you leave, please help us by: Washing and putting away all dishes (failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges). Disposing of rubbish in the appropriate bins (red top for recycling, black top for general waste). Turning off all lights and securely closing all windows and doors.
