It is therefore very important to communicate effectively prior to arrival, to ensure you have no difficulty with locating the place, or gaining access to the apartment/ room. Expected time of arrival must be stated; the guest is required to make contact by phone or effective messaging especially just prior to arrival, to arrange and confirm how to access the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to their rooms, car parking area, pool area and kitchen with fridge and microwave (NO STOVE OR UTENSILS) During your stay we offfer little or no interactions with guests. The basic needs (like sheets, towels, bathsoap, toilet paper, etc) for your stay will be provided, however, we can be reached through phone if needed. There will be NO daily room service or cleaning. Rooms are prepared before check in and at check out.
