The space The home has a large garage for vehicle storage or beach equipment, chef's kitchen generously stocked with all you need to cook, designated dining area, comfortable living space, back screened in porch for relaxing, 3 nice size bedrooms, and two full baths. The owner's suite has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet, bedroom 1 has a King bed, bedroom 2 has a Queen and bedroom 3 has two twins, one is a trundle under the first. The home also boasts a private office area for those who need some quiet space to conduct business. The driveway holds 4 mid-size cars, washer and dryer in the property free to use during your stay. Beach chairs (6) and beach umbrella (1) available to use. Guest access All guests access the home from the smart lock on the front door; codes are given out the day before you arrive. To use the amenities at the clubhouse, the user must pay $38 per week, per person for anyone 6 years or older. They must be purchased from the clubhouse with a credit card only. All guests staying at SeaScape Rental properties will be automatically on the list, so you do not need to bring proof of rental contract. All amenities are available for guests except the indoor pool, which is for residents only. A weekend shuttle operates in the community taking guests to the Bethany Beach boardwalk free of charge. Other things to note ***** IMPORTANT ***** In an effort to keep costs down, this rental does not supply linens or towels. If you want to bring your own, please do. If you would like us to supply the linen package to you (Linens, Washcloths, Hand towels and Towels) please let us know after you book. The cost for this service is $150.00 total, payable to our cleaning division. ** The linen package includes- a top sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, comforter, a towel & washcloth for each guest.
