Royal Oak Health Retreat Sauna, Gym, Steam Shower+

Stay in our 1940's Royal Oak home - 15mins to Ford Field - Walkable neighborhood - a few blocks into town to dine, farmers market, movies, comedy club - great shopping and a quick drive to explore Detroit. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Centrally located. Home includes King sized bed - Infrared sauna - Steam Shower - Gym - Laundry - Crib - Office/Work Space - Deck & Full Kitchen. (We are not accepting guests w/o prior reviews) The space This is our home - parking is available in the driveway & street parking is always an option - enjoy the steam shower upstairs - the infrared sauna & gym downstairs - the relaxing back deck - our walkable neighborhood. Come and go at your leisure - we are close with our neighbors - so we do ask that you be kind and quiet (so we'll stay friends) - thank you! If you don’t see a date available and are interested in staying please reach out. We sometimes have flexibility in our schedule. Please note : there is a $500 penalty for smoking inside our home. We will charge this If any evidence (smell Or vapes etc) of smoking is found. Our deck is perfectly fine if you have to Smoke or vape. Guest access You will have use of our private home. Some areas are locked - but - there's plenty of closet and dresser space. Feel free to cook - but - please don't leave dirty dishes upon your departure. You can use the washer and dryer. The gym equipment/sauna (use at your own risk) No guests inside home that are not on the reservation. We have exterior surveillance cameras. Other things to note We are not accepting guests without multiple previous reviews from hosts. Long term guests are welcome. Bi-weekly cleaning provided and all lawn/snow management services provided. If using the outdoor chair cushions - please put them away - so others can use them in good condition. Please use white towels (located in the cabinet nxt to) when using the infrared sauna. Place on the seat and floor. We do have security cameras on the exterior property - but - your privacy is important and these are only reviewed in the case of an issue of safety or damage etc.
