The space Spacious, modern open plan with a patio that looks out onto the Sea Point promenade, Atlantic ocean and the Cape Town stadium. Located on the second floor, recently renovated and updated, to comfortably fit two. Lock-up and go, perfect for holidaymakers. Centrally located in Three Anchor Bay, between Green Point and Sea Point. There is convenient street parking, the apartment is fully furnished and has all the requisite appliances: Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is only a shower, no bath. Cable TV is available as a prepaid subscription, guests merely have to go to the convenience store and top-up on TV time. We live down the road from the apartment, we will not be present during guests stay, yet we be informed on any extraordinary happenings via the body corporate. I will meet guests at the apartment, to give them the keys and a rundown of the apartment on check-in. Any problems/queries, the guests can contact me personally. Three Anchor Bay is situated on the intersection of Sea Point and Green Point. Sea Point is an area flourishing with shops, restaurants and grocery stores, anything a guest could possibly need can be found on Sea Point main road. Points of interest have been denoted on our map. Parallel from the flat is the local library, with the promenade at the bottom of the road, containing the outdoor gym and sea-kayak docks. There is ample street parking available, as well as a parking lot immediately across the road from the apartment. There is a Myciti Bus stop on Glengariff road, outside apartment, with routes throughout Cape Town. Consult their website for the necessary routes/timetable. Photos from airbnb will be uploaded soon. No elevator, only stairs, but a short walk from the foyer. There is no internet within the apartment as of yet, but is around the corner from an internet cafe. A cleaning service for the apartment is available on request and subject to availability. POA.
