AWESOME 2 BR GROUND FLOOR VILLA Directly across street from Osoyoos Lake, this villa is perfect for the family! You will love the private access to our extra large dock and roped off swimming area that is designated for Lakeshore Villa clients only. There is a small sandy beach area just beside the dock. Fold out deck chairs are available for your use. The Villa is steps from both the Lake and the complexs' private pool and hot tub! The space You will have use of the entire Villa. It has 2 bedrooms: One with a queen bed with a full ensuite bathroom, TV, large closet and dresser; the other has two double beds large enough to sleep 2 children/adults each, a closet and a shared bathroom with walk in shower. Both rooms come with extra sheets and towels. The Kitchen is fully equipped including Microwave, all necessities for cooking, eating and drinking, a dishwasher and coffee making equipment. Dine at the captains chairs at the counter or at the kitchen table for seated dining. The Living room is furnished with 3-seater leather couch and two comfortable chairs. TV has basic cable and WiFi/internet unlimited data. Right outside your front door is a private patio under a pergola from where you can see both the pool and Lake Osoyoos. There is a propane BBQ available for your use with all the utensils at your disposal. There is a six-seater table on your patio to enjoy your food. The pool and hot tub are great spaces to spend time with the kids. Upkeep of the pool area is immaculate (and freshly painted) and your villa is literally steps away from the pool area. Hours are 9 am-9 pm (for the pool) and hot tub until 10 pm from mid May to Thanksgiving weekend. Please monitor your children closely as there are no lifeguards on duty. No glass or breakable items in pool enclosure. No dogs. Guest access You will have secure pushpad access to the Villa. The code is changed with each new client. Other things to note Our premises are cleaned by locally employed cleaning companies. They work hard to make your space as clean and sparkling as possible. Please feel free to inform us immediately if there is an area that requires touch up and we will do our very best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. During the months of May-September, Quail security monitors the complex 3 times a day. They are available for any security issues that may arise during your stay.
