Families or group of friends: residence with 4 perfectly independent but communicating apartments Between Mont Ventoux and Dentelles de Montmirail and 5 min from all amenities (shopping center, pharmacies, ...) Pétanque, billiards, darts, relaxing by the pool... you are 30 min from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Avignon (festival, City of the Popes, TGV station, etc.), you will enjoy Lake Paty and relaxing or sports hikes in the Ventoux Nature Park. The space Up to 30 beds distributed in the 4 apartments as follows: - 10 double beds (9 queen size 1 of 140) - 4 single beds (2 bunk beds) - 3 double sofa beds Important: the villa is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). Please note that our rate is calculated according to the number of guests starting from a base of 12 staying in the villa "Les Palmiers". Then we add 1, 2 or 3 additional listings depending on the number of additional guests: - "Le Gîte" = up to 6 people - "Le Logis 8-10" = up to 10 people - "Le Chalet" = up to 4 people The opportunity to be all together while having separate spaces to share between you. Please understand that for a price for 13 people we will not book the 4 properties but only the villa and one of the other properties according to their availability and your preferences. Each accommodation has one or two bathrooms ("Le Gîte" and "Le Chalet", one and "Les Palmiers" and "Le Logis 8-10", two), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a completely private outdoor area and without a view but shareable (except "Le Logis 8-10" which does not have a private outdoor area at the moment). Each exterior has an outdoor dining area with garden furniture, awnings and sun loungers. The villa "Les Palmiers" and "Le Chalet" each have a private swimming pool. The villa "Les Palmiers" and "Le Gîte" each have an outdoor Jacuzzi. The villa "Les Palmiers" has an exterior with covered terrace and darts, a petanque court with lighting for your evening games, a small bath for children, and an outdoor shower.
