Lovely King Single room in spacious house

Lovely spacious king single room with desk and large built-in wardrobe. There is an adjacent bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Aircon available in kitchen/dining/lounge area only, fans in bedrooms. You will be sharing the house with myself and potentially 1-2 other guests. The upstairs area of the home features other guest rooms & bathrooms. The space My home is a large and spacious place, in a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely part of Goonellabah. There are many amenities within walking distance of the home (local parks - 5 min walk, Goonellabah shopping village- 20 min walk, and bus stops serving various local routes). The house is very comfortable and has all of the conveniences of a modern home. In the Winter I like to use the wood-burning fireplace regularly to keep the place nice and cosy. The kitchen and dining area is spacious with an adjacent living room - all open plan. Upstairs there is another great living space with a large couch and some nice views over the neighbourhood. We also have a pool, which is a great feature particularly for the warmer months. Our fruit and herb garden is another great feature of the home, and guests are welcome to use whatever is growing in season at the time. Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom, bathrooms(s), laundry, two living areas, dining and kitchen area and all outdoor areas/garden/pool.
