The Tiny House

Our Scandinavian inspired Tiny House is a perfect quiet seaside escape for two in the beautiful village of Milford-on-Sea. Take a 5 minute walk to the village, with a great selection of restaurants and cafes. Or a further 10 minutes takes you to the beachfront, with stunning views of the Isle of Wight. Note that our AirBnB is best suited to able bodied guests, since there are steep steps and limited headroom in the sleeping area! The space The Tiny House is, as the name suggests, small but perfectly formed! It's a single open-plan space housing a kitchen, bar and living area, with a half height mezzanine area for sleeping and a wetroom/bathroom. Despite its size, it has everything you need for day-to-day living (we know, we lived in it for two years!) and it is very comfortable and cosy, year round. Guest access You have sole access to the Tiny House and the outside areas adjacent to it. There is a path directly to the Tiny House that runs beside our house and garden, please only use this path 🙏 as otherwise you will be crossing our garden. There is a marked parking space on the drive (the space closest to the road) at the start of the path mentioned above. You may also park on the road, but if doing so please give a thought for our neighbours and park considerately. There is a pedestrian entrance at the rear of our property that leads through a public park (Perrett Park) which is the quickest route on foot to the village. I'll give you the code for this lock prior to your arrival. Other things to note This is quite a unique space. There is restricted height in the sleeping area and the steps are quite steep. Regrettably, we would only recommend fairly able-bodied guests to stay with us as a result of this. For the same reason, we also do not accept bookings for children. Sorry, but we don't accept bookings with pets.
