Perfect for individuals in transition that need a space ready to go for a temporary time period. 10 minute drive to PHL, Cruise Terminal, Boeing & Widener University 1 minute drive or walk to Eaton Aerospace 12 minute drive to Swarthmore College 18 minute to Stadiums 24 minute drive or train ride to CHOP/UPENN & downtown Philly The space Guest must walk up 1 flights of steps to reach 2nd floor apartment. NO elevator on premises. We do not recommend apartment to families with small kids as running can be heard by other tenants . Guest must acknowledge that this is a residential apartment building and the entrance is shared with two other apartments. Other things to note Best to have a car or use Uber/Lyft to get around. Stores are a 15-20 minute walk away and only 3-5 minute drive away. The apartment is in an older building in the suburbs outside of Philly. Noise from the main road can be heard within apartment. The crib is a pack n play. You must provide your own bedding for the pack n play. The neighbors smoke from time to time and guest me smell smoke within apartment or hallway. Not recommended for guest who can’t tolerate the smell of smoke.
