The space This 1BR apartment is clean, comfortable, stylish and filled with ample light. It will be a welcoming place to come ‘home’ to at the end of your day exploring or working. If you don't succumb to the temptation of the cafes and restaurants that surround the apartment complex, there is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances to cook yourself a meal. A Nespresso coffee machine with an initial supply of coffee capsules is also provided. There is a dining table and chairs and a small balcony, and the HD tv has chromecast to enable Netflix viewing. In the upstairs mezzanine bedroom there is a queen bed and built-in robes, as well as a bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet, washing machine and dryer. As with all Uptown Apartments, quality linen and towels and hotel-style toiletries are provided, making this the perfect choice for your Sydney getaway. Guest access Once you collect your keys from the property, you will be able to access the apartment via the lift after you enter the building through the front glass security doors. Once inside, you will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
