Other things to note For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located by the front door (ring doorbell) and side entrance that is aimed directly at the parking areas to monitor check-in/check-out times and the number of guests entering the home. It will be on during your stay. There is a separate one bedroom basement unit at this property that is primarily for mid-term stays. There is a single interior door between the main home and basement that is locked on both sides separately for complete safety. The basement guest is reserved one parking space on the right side of the driveway and has no rights to any of the exterior amenitites. *Must pick up after pet and bag and dispose in outdoor trashcan. Stays longer than 28 days require bi-weekly cleanings at $35/clean.
