Other things to note House Rules: Air conditioning available in the living room, possibility of moving it (on wheels). The inside of the apartment is non-smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony. Please throw your cigarette butts in an ashtray or equivalent. This apartment is designed for quiet and pleasant stays. Please avoid parties or gatherings that could disturb the neighbourhood as much as possible. Respect for the neighborhood: In order to preserve the tranquility of the place, please limit excessive noise, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Guests: Guests can be accommodated, but the accommodation cannot accommodate more than four people for the night or the table without additional equipment. Use of amenities: When cooking, please use the extractor hood to avoid any deposits of grease or persistent odors. Please respect the amenities available in the kitchen, including pans, pots, and appliances. Clean them after use to leave them ready for the next guests Before leaving the apartment or in case of absence, please close all the windows and pay attention to the heating by lowering the temperature if you go out. Failure to follow the rules In case of non-compliance with the rules (smoking indoors, presence of pets, proven parties or complaints from neighbors), fees may apply.
