Compact, simple accommodation five minutes walk from quiet beach. DIY breakfast items, tea, coffee provided. En suite shower & toilet. 5g reception and WiFi . No tv Watch birds & boats from private terrace overlooking the estuary, & stargaze at night! 15 minutes drive to Carmarthen, two minutes drive to Llansteffan village. Free parking & access to Llansteffan castle, and main beach. Two pubs and a bar. Glansteffan Ferry runs between Easter and October. Great base to explore West Wales! The space We have a unique location with glorious estuary views from our balcony. We walk across a field path to access a quiet and peaceful beach. Please note that although there is also a grassy path, the main access is via steep steps up to the balcony. Guest access Guests can enjoy our terraced field garden. From the very top there are panoramic views, with a bench and a small shelter During your stay As often as we are around we are available to assist and liase with guests. Other things to note We can accept a well behaved dog Hair drier, spare blanket, comfy camping chairs for outside as well as in. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal and bread provided Kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave Please notify if preference for oat milk, or gluten free bread Please remove shoes inside the property I suggest stout shoes for the walk to the beach which is across a (sometimes) muddy field. We have a stupendous view from the top of our land with an outdoor bench , plus a small shelter No smoking indoors please
