The lodge sits on a secluded site comprising of only 15 Scandinavian timber lodges and is furnished to a high standard and equipped with LCD Freeview TV, hob, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and gas barbecue. Linen, bath towels, electricity and heating are all included within the hire cost. There is reliable fibre optic broadband and wi-fi. This three bedroom lodge can comfortably sleep six people and a large airy bathroom. There are resident swans on the lake. The space Wooden cabin next to private lake. Three bedrooms that sleeps 6 with a double, twin & bunk beds. New large airy shower, toilet & sink, sensor light. New kitchen fitted with 70/30 fridge freezer, new washing machine, dishwasher, oven & hob. Veranda next to lake, watch the swans, Canadian geese, birds, monkjack deer, bats etc. Guest access All rooms, veranda, grass area outside lodge (infront of Veranda) walk around lake. Side gate to restaurant. Free parking space and additional free parking space close by. Other things to note Relaxed and quiet location. Close to South Cerney village with Co-op and One stop. Many restaurants and activities close by. Fishing If you are planning to fish Lake Pochard Lake, please notify host, before booking Lodge 5, to check the availability of swims. Failure to do so may result in none being available during your stay. Lake Pochard Holiday Lodges offers fishing for the beginner and the experienced carp angler. The green lane of the commercial fishery is solely for the use of lodge guests and no prior booking of swims is required. Lake Pochard is a 11.5 acre lake with Carp to over 40lbs. Fishing is restricted to 8 anglers and guests must check availability before booking to avoid disappointment. The red and blue lanes of the commercial fishery are operated by Walters Lake Fishery. As with most lakes in the Cotswold Water Park that have not had pond dye added, Lake Pochard has dense weed from spring to late autumn. Anglers are advised to gear up accordingly with a minimum of 18lb line and adhere to lake rules. Fishing is not permitted from the lodge bank in front of the lodges. Lake Pochard will be closed if the Carp spawn. 2026 Fishing charges – Large Lake £10.00 per 24 hours £50 for 1 week £80 for 2 weeks Green Lane £5.00 per 24 hours Payment is to be made at the office upon arrival. Fishing may begin from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must end by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
