Enjoy a cozy experience at our shared flat located in Kennedy town. The flat is located In traditional Hong Kong styled walk up building in Kennedy Town near Mrt exit B, on Catchick Street. About the flat: it is a 6 bedroom shared flat with 800 Sq ft net size without an elevator and on the 4/F. The flat has access to an amazing rooftop with seaview and BBQ grill, a nice area for hanging out with friends to have a drink and do yoga or sun tanning(in summer). The space This cozy 6 Bedroom Flat in Kennedy Town is equipped with everything that you need during your stay. The flat has a very spacious common living room area, a dining table with chairs where you can prepare and enjoy your meal. You have a very spacious couch where you can relax and hang out with roommates There is a washing machine There are 2 fridges in common area Our kitchen which is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, 2 hot plates for cooking , pans , pots , cutlery , plates , glasses, oven About the bedroom: features a large double sized bed (4.5ft by 6ft), comfy mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe. The bedroom comes with bedsheets , quilt , quilt cover, pillow and fresh towels so you don’t have to buy them. The room has bright natural light. About the roommates: Roommates are mostly HKU students, recent graduates or young professionals. Guest access You will have your own private bedroom. While the other part of the flat is shared with the other housemates. Other things to note Please note electricity charges get divided by 6 rooms equally ! For bookings longer than 1 month we will need 1 month security deposit to be collected via resolution centre. If for whatever reason you shorten your initial booking or cancel , security deposit will not be refunded. We ask guests to provide ID picture after booking confirmation
