House furnished with household utensils. The space The property is on the sand, located on Pé de Serra beach (Serra Grande, Uruçuca). 1 km from the village of Serra Grande and 30 km from Ilhéus. It's our private place, which we affectionately call Village Tak. Inside the property we have this building, and one more house. (Separate spaces, with their own access.) This building has 4 apartments just like this one. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one suite (bedroom with bathroom), a social bathroom, an American kitchen, laundry and balcony facing the beach. House furnished with household utensils. (Only the decor and utensils are different in each apartment.) Guest access Guests have access to the entire area of the site and the beach: - Parking - Garden / Outdoor area - Exclusive beach access - Children's play area - Restaurant / Bistro - Common hall / corridor for access to apartments Nearby there are some bars, restaurants, hotels and inns. Other things to note The sun rises on the horizon of the sea, as does the moon. This provides a magnificent view, day or night, for walks or unforgettable moments contemplating the beach. We are on the same strip of beach that was voted the 8th most beautiful in Latin America by the ProPlayas ranking (Sargi beach, just a 15-minute walk away). It is a place of interaction with nature, silence, we hear the sound of the sea. Those who want more excitement and nightlife have the village of Serra Grande 1 km away with cultural attractions.
