Everything you could want...walkable to town, half block from the river, borders park with access to world class mountain biking and hiking trails. Comfortable space with front and back porch, fenced yard, high end furnishings and views. The space Two story townhome with open living space and 1/2 bath on the first floor and outdoor sitting areas on the quaint front porch and patio area in the backyard. Upstairs has a full bath with tub and an office/sitting room with a standup desk and master with a queen bed. Guest access Guests have full access, but I ask that you are respectful of neighbors and treat the space as you would your own. Other things to note The house is in close proximity to neighbors in a close knit community, therefore I do not offer short-term rentals and only accept long-term stays.
