The Accommodation Area: 74 m² (Carrez law, otherwise about 95 m²) on two levels Bedrooms: 3 comfortable bedrooms Internet connection: Wi-Fi and Ethernet to stay connected Ground floor: • Kitchen/Dining Room: Fully equipped with modern appliances (Vorwerk TM5 Thermomix, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, filter coffee machine, griddle, chocolate fondue, raclette service, egg cooker, pastry scale, dishwasher, mixed oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc.). • Living room: Absolute comfort with TV (Canal+, Netflix, Prime Video), game console and board games. • Bathroom: Shower, sink and washing machine. • Separate toilet: With water point. Guest Access The accommodation is independent, with a private entrance and private parking. It is located on the property of Château de Boussières, in a park of about 2.3 hectares. Explore the gardens of the castle and picnic in this enchanting setting. The heated pool is open from 9am to 7pm, from beginning of June to end of September. It is adjacent to the "castle" which is my house and located a few meters from the accommodation. It measures 9.42 m × 5.92 m × 1.46 m. My wife, children and I will be happy to share it with you. But if you want more tranquility and privacy, it can be booked and privatized on site for 2 hours/day with an extra €20 per session, regardless of the number of people. Then enjoy sunbathing on the fenced terrace around the pool, on the sun loungers provided.
