The Accommodation Size: 74 m²(Carrez law, otherwise about 95 m²) on two levels Bedrooms: 3 comfortable bedrooms Internet Connection: Wifi and Ethernet to stay connected Ground floor: • Kitchen/Dining room: Fully equipped with modern appliances (thermomix Vorwerk TM5, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, filter coffee maker, plancha, chocolate fondue, raclette service, egg cooker, pastry scale, dishwasher, mixed oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction plate, iron, vacuum cleaner,etc.). • Living room: Absolute comfort with TV (Canal+, Netflix, Prime Video), games console and board games. • Bathrooms: Shower, vanity, and washing machine. • Independent toilet: With water point. Guest access The accommodation is independent, with a private entrance and private, enclosed parking. It is located on the property of Château de Boussières, in a park of about 2.3 hectares. Explore the gardens of the castle and have a picnic in this enchanting setting. ‌The heated pool is adjacent to the "chateau", which is my house, and is located a few meters from the accommodation. My wife, children and I will be happy to share it with you. But if you want more peace and quiet, it can be reserved and made private on site for 2 hours/day with a supplement of €20 per session, regardless of the number of people. Then enjoy sunbathing on the fenced terrace around the pool, on the sun loungers available. It is open from 9 am to 7 pm, from the beginning of June to the end of September. It measures 9.42 m × 5.92 m × 1.46 m.
