Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax on the deck and be soothed by the sound of waves gently lapping the shore just metres away. If you’re lucky, you’ll even see dolphins cruising the coastline. Beach access is 10 metres away, or you can stay indoors and enjoy the beach-and-mountain views from the lounge room, dining room and master bedroom. We can usually offer early check-in and late checkout so you can make the most of your stay. The space Three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and glorious views of beach, river and mountain. The second room can comfortably accommodate up to three children or adults, with generously sized king-single bunk beds and a king-single pull out trundle. The third bedroom sleeps up to three adults on very spacious bunks, with a queen bed below and a king-single above. All of the beds except the pull-out trundle have electric blankets. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toastie maker. Dining room - table comfortably sits 10. Upstairs lounge room also has lovely views of beach, river and mountain. TV with Netflix. Downstairs lounge room has a 65inch TV with Netflix and Playstation 4. Garage has table tennis table. Keep toasty and warm in the winter months with reverse-cycle heat pumps in all major living areas, and portable heaters in bedrooms. Guest access Entry is at ground level, where there is one bedroom, one bathroom and a living/movie room. The main living space, consisting of lounge room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and two bedrooms, is on the upper storey. There is also a garage however this is used for table tennis, not parking. Other things to note Our property has fresh paint, blinds and new floors. Other features are still a work in progress; the light fittings are 1970's, bathrooms 1990's. NOTE the primary living areas of the house are upstairs - unfortunately these stairs (approx 20) are NOT suitable to persons with mobility issues.
