Other things to note Please be mindful before confirming your booking: Please note for weekly bookings or bookings equal to or more than 7 nights. we charge electricity bills at actuals (10.36₹ per unit). With adequate usage of electricity for 7 nights ranging from 30 units to 80 units i.e. ₹300 to ₹800 (weekly) only we shall provide a meter reading at the time of check-in and then at checkout. While we adore pets, managing their hygiene can pose challenges and may discomfort other guests. Therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets along. Smoking and hosting parties are strictly prohibited. For security purposes, there is an external camera monitoring the premises; however, there are no cameras installed inside the apartment.
