L'Etalon: house in farmhouse

L'Étalon is an old stable completely renovated in 2017, located in the courtyard of the farmhouse where we live. The 3-star gîte is located in Chailly-sur-Armançon, on the road to Saulieu, just 500 meters from the Chailly golf course. The space On the ground floor, the property consists of a pleasant living area with a living/dining room, a functional kitchen area, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms welcome you, each with its own private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, guaranteeing privacy and comfort for each occupant. One of the 2 bedrooms has a child's bed measuring 120 cm by 60 cm.
