Mangue Seco Angra sea view suite
Pousada e Restaurante Mangue Seco Angra
Description
Ilha da Barra has always been a place to escape the stress of work, gather the family and enjoy the beauty that Angra provides. It all started with a small house, a boat and some kayaks, where we went out on the sea and rivers exploring the beauty of the region that surprises us to this day. Twenty years later, with new acquisitions and transformations, Mangue Seco Angra emerged, with the purpose of sharing the experiences lived and also seeking new ones, offering lodging and tours. The space Recently opened, our suite features a refrigerator, Smart TV, private bathroom and an incredible ocean view. Simple, cozy and very clean! The accommodation also has Breakfast and kayaks for free use on the beach, which is 60 meters from the accommodation. The crossing to the Island is made by boat according to the variation of the tide's height and lasts approximately 7 minutes. The car can be parked near the crossing point, a very quiet cul-de-sac, where parking is not charged. In December, we will be opening our Bar/Restaurant on the island, where we will be offering meals and snacks. The crossing service from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. is included in the daily rate and can be requested when necessary. We ask that the crossing request be made at least 30 minutes in advance of the act. At times when the tide is very low, the crossing is made on foot, due to the fact that the sea recedes and there is only sand. As for luggage transportation, you can rest assured that we will help. We have a restaurant and also rent a speedboat for tours. Guest access The guest will be free to explore the small existing trails on foot, or venture out on a kayak exploration, and can reach other beaches that are 20-30 minutes away by paddling slowly (at no cost). If you have physical limitations or prefer to enjoy a speedboat ride, this service can also be hired. In Angra, we have 365 islands waiting for you. Other things to note We are located in a sheltered region, with a predominantly calm sea, no waves and little wind, which makes the boat crossing easy, even with the occasional possibility of rain. Like any coastal region near the forest, there are mosquitoes, but nothing that a repellent can't solve. Pets We accept small pets, 1 per accommodation, requiring notice at the time of booking. A fee of R$35.00 per day will be charged for hosting the pet.
