The building has monitors for any loud noise, and if we receive a complaint from strata, it could lead to a $1000 penalty and an early end to your stay without refund. Since we are in a residential area, we ask that you be mindful of the neighbors. - SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Any signs of smoking may result in additional fees. In the event that the keys are lost or you require an urgent key delivery, please be aware that an additional fee will apply for this service. Our place is all about self-service and self check-in. While we don’t offer towel or linen changes during your stay, all provided amenities are available for your convenience.
