Lakota Lodge is a stunning, custom-built, luxury home located alone at the top of a mountain offering the best views in North Georgia! This home is a wonderful place to bring your family and friends together. Minutes drive to Lake Chatuge and Hiawassee. Close to Helen, white water rafting, hiking, and Brasstown Bald. No pets of any kind allowed. The space Welcome to Lakota Lodge! This 4,200 sqft mountain retreat is nestled between Lake Chatuge and beautiful Brasstown Bald with year-around 270-degree mountain views! This luxurious lodge has a fully equipped kitchen great for cooking and sharing meals during your stay. Enjoy time in the vaulted living room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views, a fireplace to cozy up to, and plenty of seating for your group. The living room leads to a large wrap-around deck overlooking the breathtaking views! There's a wrap-around deck on each level to enjoy the outdoors with plenty of chairs to relax in, an outdoor table for dining, and grilling on the gas grill. Don't forget to watch the sunset behind Brasstown Bald (the highest peak in Georgia) on the front porch! Bedrooms: On the main level, there are two primary bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds and two spacious bathrooms. The loft above the living room is equipped with both a queen bed and a lush futon that sleeps as comfortably as a bed. On the lowest level, there is a large king-size bedroom, a day bed, a sleeper sofa in the game room, and a full-sized bathroom. There is something fun for all ages in this home! The game room includes a flat-screen TV, pool table, dart board, poker table, and a variety of board games for everyone to enjoy. There is also a fun and inviting reading nook for children to play in and enjoy! In the evening, you can relax by the outdoor fire pit roasting smores under the stars! We have two security cameras outside of the home facing both of our entrances to the home, as it is the only house on top of that mountain. There are no cameras inside the home. Guest access The entire house is yours during your stay at Lakota Lodge and you will receive a code to enter the home prior to your stay! Other things to note Must be a responsible 35+ to rent our house. We are very particular about who we allow renting as we have high expectations for all renters regarding how they treat our home and leave our home. We want to make sure that our home will fit your vacation expectations and that you are comfortable with our high standards for all guests!
