A large open plan mezzanine level lounge bar area with comfortable leather recliner chairs, large TV and a well appointed bar, perfect for entertaining. The vistas of the bush and Currie harbour provide a peaceful, relaxing and tranquil setting. The fully equipped commercial kitchen area incorporates an island breakfast bar with a 900mm cooktop range and oven, dishwasher, two door refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, coffee machine, microwave, overhead TV and many appliances to make cooking and entertaining a pleasure. Free unlimited internet is available in all areas of this residence. A heated and fully equipped Alfresco BBQ area with TV and sound system provides perfect ambiance for outdoor entertaining with an additional dining option on the sunny timber deck. There is also a games room with a full size competition table tennis table and a competition dart board for guests enjoyment. A laundry with clothes washer, dryer, TV and ironing facilities is included for GILLIGANS guests to use. An additional bathroom is accessible from the outdoor dining area. "SKIPPERS" Level 1. The fully equipped galley style kitchen and dining area with refrigerator, convection microwave oven and small appliances compliment this space. Outdoors is your very own BBQ and garden setting. "STARLIGHT" Level 3. This apartment sitting high above the main residence has a Queen size bed under three large skylights framing the bright Southern stars by night and the beautiful native bush by day. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with convection microwave oven, refrigerator, small appliances, air con and TV. The ensuite bathroom looks out to the native bush in a secluded private location. From the board walk you have access to the sunny garden area and bush track leading down to Currie harbour, beach, picnic grounds and free BBQ's. Guest access The three separate areas GILLIGANS, STARLIGHT and SKIPPERS have their very own private and lockable access but all three can be opened up into one large home. There are many car parking areas for guests. Other things to note SKIPPERS and STARLIGHT studio have no clothes washing facilities but we offer a clothes washing service or there is a laundrette in the Currie township only a short walk away. A complimentary selection of King Island Cheese,crackers and a light breakfast is included for our guests. Please note that TELSTRA is the only service provider for communication on King Island. Free unlimited access to the internet is available in all areas of this residence. PLEASE NOTE !!
