The space The unit is on the 19th floor which is very quiet because it has only 6 apartments and only two others are inhabited, makes the corridor cleaner, organized and quieter. Guest access The great attraction of the apt is the free view of the sea. In the building there are no laser areas and you don't even need to cross the avenue to get to the beach and on the cable car. Other things to note IMPORTANT.
