I know first-hand how hard it can be to keep track of your team members in this situation, not to mention lack of team bonding opportunities. This house is great for sports teams coming to Nephi to compete in tournaments. Take advantage of the opportunities of staying all together in one house! We wanted to pay tribute to the rich county culture, from all the cows you'll see when getting off the North Main Street exit from I-15, to the Ute Stampede Rodeo, to the new Bar W Meat processing plant where the public can purchase fresh beef, to the future Bar W Steakhouse and Creamery. Instructions will be sent to guests about downloading an app to unlock and lock the door easily. Guests can use every space except: -The closet in the first bedroom in the basement -The detached garage on the property But enjoy everywhere else! Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE STAIRS!!! This home was built in the 1940s and like most homes in that era, there are quirky things! The stairs going down to the finished basement can be a little tricky as the steps aren't the regulation size you may be used to. Please take extra precaution while going down the steps!! We have added railing to make it easier for you, please use the railing.
