Large luxury room, new en-suite in St Aubin

An old stone cottage, large double bedroom with brand new ensuite bathroom. Quiet location, also conveniently close to popular St Aubin's harbour, restaurants, local market and the beach. Very frequent bus services to St Helier, the Airport and onto all parts of Jersey. The stunning Railway walk to Corbiere starts just across the road. The staircase is STEEP and , so unsuitable for children or those with restricted mobility. The space Guests enjoy a large master bedroom, light bright and airy space with an elegant king size bed. High quality cotton bed linen and fresh towels too. In the corner of the bedroom a small set of stairs lead up to your newly installed private bathroom with a stand up shower and bath. There is also a shared house bathroom if you prefer to use that. The kitchen has all you need for your self catering stay, and a table to enjoy your food at. Coffee on the front terrace on sunny mornings is also yours to enjoy. A parking space can be arranged for you at no charge, please ask for this if needed before you arrive. Guest access The cottage living room, kitchen and utility room with washing machine are all available to use and enjoy. The room has a brand new en-suite bathroom for your exclusive use, this has a stand up shower, a bath and WC for your sole use. If you wish you may also use the shared house bathroom too. During your stay I live in the cottage on a part-time basis, and I may be around to welcome you and / or arrange keys for you. I work away at times but local full support is available for your stay. Check in is usually self check-in, full instructions and directions are given after booking. Other things to note Please note that TVs in the house are smart TVs with the main apps. Netflix, prime, BBC, ITVX etc.
