The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. To ensure this, we follow a thorough and meticulous cleaning and disinfection process after every check-out. House Rules: No Smoking & No Party Policy: Smoking or hosting parties is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $1000 fine for each infraction. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM by keeping noise levels low during these times. We provide a starter pack of basic amenities, including hand soap, toilet paper, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, disposable razors/shaving cream. For long-term stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. Security: For your safety, a security camera is installed on the outside of the apartment. Rest assured, it does not record any footage inside the unit. Additional Guests: If you're bringing extra guests or hosting an unauthorized stay, a fee of $50 per night per additional guest applies. Late Checkouts: Late checkouts are subject to availability. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee of $60 per hour. NOTE: For long-term bookings, we require a valid government-issued photo ID to be submitted after your reservation is confirmed. Free shared laundry is available in the basement, and complimentary parking is provided in the backyard shared with two other apartments. Please note: This unit is located on the third floor and requires climbing stairs for access.
